Verde
Bold and serene, Verde’s angular form settles into the terrain like it was always meant to be there. Grounded in nature, elevated in design—Verde welcomes life with open arms. From above, Verde reveals its deliberate geometry—a single sweeping roofline sheltering a rhythm of indoor and outdoor spaces. It’s a sculptural response to climate, view, and family: functional beauty at its most refined.

A Brief Overview
What is the primary feature of the house?
The raised plinth above the natural landscape. An effort to be part of nature while interrupting it as little as possible.
What sustainability strategies are integrated into the design?
The large roof area connects to a rainwater collection system. Water that can be reused for house services and lowers the demand on municipal services.
How does the home stay naturally comfortable year-round?
Geothermal cooling is utilized along with convection heat exhaust. By drawing cool air from the ground and allowing hot air to escape, comfortable temperatures can be achieved without increasing the carbon footprint.
